HaCaT cell were treated with the 3 kinds of H. vulgare L. ferments and Retinoic acid (10 μM) for 24 h. Cell viability was measured by WST method (A). The moisturizing factors were checked by ELISA kit. HA was performed by cell media (B), and FLG (C) and AQP 3 (D) were analyzed by cells.
