Each isolated strain is represented in blue and red for horse and wild roe deer, respectively. Phylogenetic tree construction was accomplished by using three methods: maximum likelihood, neighbor-joining, and minimum evolution. Bootstrap values (1,000 iterations) obtained using the three methods were in the order of neighbor-joining/minimum evolution/maximum likelihood, and the values representing above 50% are presented. The accession number of each clone or strain is indicated in parentheses.
