Serially diluted (10-fold) cells from mid-exponential phase of wild type, Δlkh1 (lkh1 deletion strain), Δrad3 (rad3 deletion strain), and Δlkh1Δrad3 (lkh1 and rad3 double-deletion strain) were plated onto YES plates supplemented with 0, 1, 2, and 5 mM hydroxyurea, respectively. Plates were incubated at 30°C for 3 days.
