Quantitative real time PCR was performed to analyze the expression of MBF-dependent genes in Δlkh1 (lkh1 deletion strain), Δrad3 (rad3 deletion strain), and Δlkh1Δrad3 (lkh1 and rad3 double-deletion strain) cells with or without hydroxyurea (5 mM, 4 h) treatment.
