FLAG peptide and GST-FLAG antigen and BSA (negative control) was covalently captured by AR2G biosensor until saturation and followed by association with MassM2 ScFv antibody and dissociation with PBS. After collection of kinetic sensorgrams, The kon and koff values were obtained by fitting to achieve the fitting parameter R2 > 0.99 and The final KD value was determined.
