FLAG peptide binding constant (K<sub>D</sub>) determination of MassM2.
After collection of kinetic curve shown in Fig. 5, The kon, koff, and KD values which showed kinetic binding parameters for the interactions of MassM2 with FLAG peptide and GST-FLAG protein antigens were determined. The GST-FLAG represents glutathione-S-transferase protein tagged with FLAG peptide. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) was used as a negative control. ND means it was not determined
