SDS-PAGE of MassM2 ScFv antibody expressed in Escherichia coli and Western blot to confirm biotinylation of MassM2 ScFv antibody.
In Panel A, MassM2 ScFv antibody expressed and purified by Nickel agarose column was analyzed on 15% polyacrylamide gel under reducing condition with β-mercaptoethanol. To confirm biotinylation of MassM2 ScFv antibody by Western blot, MassM2 ScFv antibody biotinylated with biotinyl-N-hydroxy succinimide ester (BNHS) was transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane, and streptavidin conjugated with HRPO was added as a primary antibody. DAB was used as a substrate for final color development.
