Effects of MB-2002 on ABCG5 and ABCG8 expression in the liver and cecum rats fed a high-cholesterol diet.
For western blot analysis, proteins were extracted from the liver and cecum, and (A) the expression of ABCG5 and ABCG8 was examined. The expression levels of ABCG5 and ABCG8 were calculated as a ratio to β-actin expression and expressed relative to the ND group.
