NO assay. MCF 7 cells were treated with 0.5 mg/ml fermented soybean extract for 1 day (0.5). The cells were mixed with NO fluorometric probe and stored for 1.5 h. The cell images were obtained (A, B) under the fluorescence microscope (DMi8, Leica) with FITC filter. The fluorescent intensity of cells were determined using Image J program (C).
